It's not just the fridge that's looking full and healthy with shopping at the moment, the veggie bag is too, and the freezer has had lots of tubs of Butternut Squash Curry deposited into it, thus filling that up a little bit more too.
The diet is going quietly well, I have lost a total of 5lbs AND 5" over the course of the last seven days.  Onwards and downwards :-)
Sue xx

  1. Well done on the weightloss, keep up the good work x

  2. Well done Sue, good inch loss as well as pounds! I've lost around a stone over the last month on a low-cal diet. I'm having regular weigh ins with our practice nurse, which is a very good incentive!

    1. Well done to you too, a stone in a month is fantastic :-)

  3. Well done, Sue!

Just a tip... can't tell from your pic if this is your intention, but it's best not to store onions and potatoes together as the onions will make the spuds spoil faster. Those bags are great for storing spuds in though - nice and dry and dark.

    1. Thanks for the reminder :-)

We rarely have potatoes in the house and I had completely forgotten this tip. I will move them immediately :-)

  4. Congrats Sue, keep up the great work!

  5. sounds and looks wonderful!
