Ratatouille Again

Ratatouille (for recipe see yesterday's post) served the first time as it was with a helping of Turmeric Basmati Rice and some Southern Fried Chicken Goujons for Lovely Hubby.
 


 
And then the next night for supper with a couple of handfuls of cooked Penne pasta thrown in and a slice each of cheesy Garlic Bread.
 
Washed down with a glass of wine it went down extremely well.
 
Easy food for a busy weekend and very, very tasty.

  1. That looks so tasty. Right up my street, I don't have an aubergine but I think I'm going to get as close as I can to that for this evening, thanks for the inspiration!
