Pasta Salad

With the final third of the chopped salad box I decided to cook some brown pasta twists and turn it into a big tub of pasta salad.  With a dollop of mayo it actually made four meals.  Two for me, one for my son who visited this week, and this the last portion, for Lovely Hubby when he got back from work on Thursday.
 
It still tasted lovely and fresh and shows how well salad keeps even if it has been chopped up if it is kept nicely chilled in a lidded container in the fridge.

  1. It is amazing how well salad and veg keep in the fridge. We've just had a week away in a cottage in Pembrokeshire, where they kept the fridge a little cooler than ours. It was surprising how good the bits that were left looked, even after a week. Temperature's down in ours too, now!
